Senior Project Manager – Customer Management:

To work within a fast-track Project supporting the implementation of a new Customer Service and Administration structure across Europe in a large B2B multi-national, following the installation of SAP and SIEBEL systems. To drive self-developed and pre-defined project goals and deliverables, plus overall management of workstreams.

Experience required:
* Full project lifecycle in compatible environment, recognised SPMM
* Process improvement and re-engineering in the area of customer servicing and administration
* Process mapping and maintenance
* Documentation (Training materials, procedures, communications etc)
* SAP and/or Siebel experience a significant advantage

Marketing and Business Development Manager:

To co-ordinate the Marketing and Business development activities of an International Client working with their South East London Offices.

Experience required:

* Track record of delivery in B2B
* Experience of Professional Services organisation
* Ability to manage project cross-border
* Proven track record in above and below the line campaign management.


Business Analyst – General:

To work within a fast-track Project supporting the implementation of new Customer Administration processes across Europe in a large B2B multi-national, following the installation of SAP and SIEBEL systems; working to pre-defined project goals and deliverables.

Experience required:

* Full project lifecycle in compatible environment
* Process improvement and re-engineering in the area of customer servicing and administration
* Process mapping and maintenance
* Documentation (Training materials, procedures, communications etc)
* SAP and/or Siebel experience a significant advantage
