Project Integration of acquisitions and company restructure
Challenge Overview

One of the largest Corporate Travel Management Companies in the world had an underperforming set of companies, which had been acquired, but not integrated with the core business. The revenue growth achieved as a result of the acquisitions had been lost through customer attrition and margins were declining across the Industry.

Different cultures and technologies established in a large number of distributed locations, operating with disparate service products and standards had created an untenable cost:revenue relationship.

Margins were declining rapidly, customers were leaving at an increasing rate and the company had no mechanisms for attracting and retaining new business.
